Refund policy
If you wish to cancel your whole order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within 14 working days of receiving your parcel.
Please call our Customer Service team on 01785 850653 and in the interest of clarity additionally email support@qualitygardensupplies.co.uk to advise us of this & we will respond to you by reply. Returns are not accepted if we are not advised in advance.
If you wish to cancel your order and the goods are yet to be dispatched a full refund will be provided.
If you wish to cancel your order and the goods have already been dispatched the goods must be accepted prior to return, inspected by you and returned to us at your own cost. The entire order must be returned, once this is with us a full refund will be issued via the original payment method, provided the goods reach us in a resalable state. These must be unused in their original packaging with tags attached. Any damaged pieces resulting from the return journey will not be refundable, you must ensure adequate packaging is used (as was sent) to ensure this.
On receipt with ourselves and following inspection any pieces not conforming to this or pieces which have been received damage in return transit (damage that was not reported to us as per the damaged goods policy when a return was requested) will not be refunded.
