Shipping policy
Our carefully selected range of Christmas lights and decorations are picked & packed by our small team, checking each piece prior to shipping.
A 2 day lead time allows us to action this in line with your preferred delivery date.
We use the following shipping methods:
- Royal Mail 2-5 day delivery
- EVRI 48 hour tracked delivery service
- DPD 24 hour tracked service

Please note: Deliveries can get delayed beyond our control. Once handed to the courier we rely on them to deliver these for us. Seasonal deliveries see a peak in activity and with Royal Mail strikes ongoing this may add additional time to your order arriving. If we are aware of a strike on your due date we will automatically change the service to EVRI at no additional charge.
If your delivery has not been received by the 5th day after your preferred delivery date please contact us so we can investigate this further.
Not all delivery postcodes offer a 24/ 48 hour delivery service, Highlands, Islands & outlying areas may see an extended delivery window.
